Police Stations

Interview under caution at the Police station is a significant stage of any criminal proceedings. Whether you are under arrest or attending as a volunteer, we put your best interests first. We can assist by obtaining information from the Police as to the nature of the allegation and then advise on the strength of the evidence against you. We will represent you during the interview and protect your rights throughout.

It is essential that if you are subject to an interview under caution you are legally represented. We can challenge the Police and seek to resolve matters early on in the process, preventing the stress which can accompany lengthy and complicated proceedings before the Courts.

We can also assist with interviews by other agencies, such as HMRC, the Department for Work and Pensions and the Military Police.

Should the Police wish to speak to you, remember that you have a right to free and independent legal advice. Let US be YOUR lawyer at the Police station. Call us on 07341 925 543, we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Court Proceedings

Should you be charged with an offence or sent a postal requisition/summons, we can arrange for expert representation by a qualified solicitor at the Magistrates Court. Should you appear before the Court for a first appearance, trial or for sentence, our team can guide you through every step of the process.

In the event your case is deemed too serious to be dealt with in the Magistrates Court, we can instruct an experienced Barrister to represent you at the Crown Court and if necessary, the Court of Appeal.

Our aim is to secure the best possible result for you, our client. We do this by challenging the prosecution case and presenting your defence effectively. At all stages, you will receive informed advice based on the particular needs of your case.
