Foster Mohammed Solicitors is a law firm specialising in Criminal Defence and Prison Law based in the West Midlands, offering assistance at a national level. As a firm we have in excess of 19 years experience representing clients at the Police Station, Magistrates Court and Crown Court. This includes clients who are arrested or interviewed on a voluntary basis and those who appear before the Courts charged with a criminal offence.

 

We also provide assistance in a very niche area of law. Our lawyers have extensive experience in Prison Law offering assistance in reviews by the Parole Board, adjudications and a wide range of other areas which impact upon those serving custodial sentences.

 

As a forward thinking practice, we pride ourselves on offering a quality service with a view to achieving the best results. We are authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and hold the Specialist Quality Mark (SQM) accreditation.

 

We hold a contract with the Legal Aid Agency to offer free legal advice, subject to eligibility. In addition, we offer representation on a private paying basis. All of our clients can expect simple but effective communication from our experienced team of lawyers.
